SALES
ScanWorld System US Inc. is the distributor, not the manufacturer for Diagnostic Tools and ScanWorld System US. The Hardware iDS (Intelligent Diagnostic System), KPS (Key Programming System) and the Software applications Scan-Snow, Scan-Sea, Scan-Land and Scan-Marine can be purchased individually or combined to create a Diagnostic System. We sell to repair shops, rental business and individuals. ScanWorld System US Inc. reserves the right to refuse selling or service to anyone.

TAX INFORMATION
ScanWorld System US, Inc. is required to collect 7% sales tax on all orders shipping within the state of Florida.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders receive our instant attention; however the shipping time can vary from 10 - 20 days. Shipping and handling costs may apply (ask for rates or view our shipping table ).  All orders will be shipped by either UPS Ground or US Postal Service (unless otherwise instructed) in the continental USA. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and international customers please ask for shipping rates. Each shipment will be insured.

Damaged shipments: (1)Indicate DAMAGED when you sign for the material. (2)KEEP the shipping carton. (3)HOLD the goods. (4)NOTIFY UPS/USPS & ScanWorld System US Inc. immediately.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by ScanWorld System US Inc.

WARRANTY
Customer understands that ScanWorld System US Inc. is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not ScanWorld System US Inc. All warranty claims are processed through the product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. If ScanWorld System US Inc. accepts the warranty shipment, ScanWorld System US Inc. will submit your product to the manufacturer for an evaluation. The product manufacturer will determine whether the product qualifies for warranty. The customer is responsible for complete shipping charges.

All products are sold AS IS. In purchasing the products, Customer is relying on the manufacturer's specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures or other illustrations representing the product that may be provided by ScanWorld System US Inc. ScanWorld System US Inc. hereby expressly disclaim all warranties either expressed or implied, related to products sold by third parties or affiliates of ScanWorld System US Inc., including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or no infringement. This disclaimer does not affect the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

UPDATES
Software updates are available at no charge to the registered purchaser. Customer understands that ScanWorld System US Inc. is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only updates offered are those of the manufacturer, not ScanWorld System US Inc. 

The purchaser receives his personal username and password after registration.

The software update can de downloaded from our web-server here.

Notifications will be sent via email to registered buyers if an update requires additional hardware to make the new application function, this hardware may be sold separately. Updates not only include new applications, but also general changes in software handling and software improvements, which means all software updates must be installed to maintain system integrity and functionality. Wherever applicable, customers will receive and must install the free software update no matter if additional hardware is, or is not, purchased. Late or overdue payments will exclude those from any software updates and/or support service until the account is settled.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will ScanWorld System US Inc. or its affiliates, or their respective officers, Directors, Employees, Shareholders, Agents, Successors, or Assigns be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from products purchased by Customer. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if ScanWorld System US Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, ScanWorld System US Inc. liability in such jurisdiction shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. Neither ScanWorld System US Inc. nor its affiliates will be liable for products not being available for use. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, neither ScanWorld System US Inc. its affiliates are liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the dollar amount paid by the Customer for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

ScanWorld System US Inc. will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without intention, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, act of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of god or acts of any government agency.
